The People Operations Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented People Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support employees across the EMEA region, focusing on enhancing the employee lifecycle and maintaining data integrity. As a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders, the People Operations Analyst will ensure seamless HR processes and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses a strong understanding of HR practices, and is committed to delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement.        
                  
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact: 
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes in Workday, including processing new hires, organizational changes, manager updates, salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Prepare legal documents such as employment contracts and contract addendums. 
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries, resolving routine HR issues via a ticketing system and escalating complex cases as needed. 
  • Support the People Operations Manager on the development and implementation of HR programs, processes, and solutions, including data gathering, testing, and basic analysis. 
  • Contribute to global initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle by improving processes, increasing automation, and leveraging data insights. 
  • Administer employee benefits, including responding to inquiries, processing new hire enrollments, managing employee data changes, and handling terminations. 
  • Manage absence and leave processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. 
  • Respond to immigration inquiries, support work visa applications, and manage renewal processes. 
  • Generate employment verification letters, certificates, and invitation letters for traveling employees as requested. 
  • Manage and participate in projects requiring independent judgment, including business process analysis, requirements definition, testing, documentation, training, and change management. 
  • Provide backup support for EMEA People Operations as needed. 
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. 
                   
We’re looking for a teammate with:
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR regulations and practices in the region. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday. 
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed stakeholders and team members. 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively to all organizational levels. 
  • Organization: Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. 
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and business needs. 
  • Confidentiality: Maintains high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. 
  • Customer Service: A positive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support. 
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required.
